Christophe Guillaume is an agricultural engineer from UniLaSalle (1990). He began his career in the agri-food industry at the Vivescia group, where he was tasked with managing Westhove, an industrial SME engaged in the production of cereal ingredients that was having financial problems. He was responsible for the company’s turnaround and development, acquired it through an LBO in 1999 and then sold it to Limagrain between 2004 and 2006. In 2004, he began investing in the low-carbon energy sector, developing a wind farm and making investments as a business angel, while also managing a work-linked training structure, Campus Pro, between 2007 and 2015.

Since 2016, he has managed Noria, a family-owned investment structure committed to integral ecology. As a long-term investor, Noria participates in the capital and governance of a dozen players in the energy transition, including DualSun, Elements, Ciel & Terre International, NewHeat, Waga Energy, Lhyfe, BW Ideol, Jimmy Energy, TLS Geothermics and Geosophy. Within the group, he created Noria Gestion, an AMF-approved asset management company, which he has chaired since 2020.

End of term: annual general meeting called to approve accounts of the financial year ending 31 December 2027 accounts, to be held in 2028.
