Jana Kley

Jana Kley graduated from Freie Universität Berlin with a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1995, with a major in human resources, marketing and organizational psychology.

She is a multinational (German – French) Senior HR executive with 27 years’ experience in global industrial and service companies. Jana is a business-oriented HR leader with a clear vision of the contribution of the HR function at strategic and operational levels. Her HR Executive positions at United Technologies Corporation, OP Mobility and Saur Group provided her with the opportunity to acquire relevant experience in all HR fields, in France, Germany and globally; with a focus on supporting transformation projects and cultural evolution, restructuring projects, divestitures and M&A, organizational evolution, employee retention and engagement.

Jana is currently the Executive Vice President HR Operational for the Saur Group.
