Lhyfe launches its initial public offering (IPO) on the regulated market of Euronext® in Paris to become a leading European green hydrogen producer
Nantes – May 9, 2022 – 7:00 am - Lhyfe (the “Company”), an independent producer for low carbon industry and mobility, announces the launch of its initial public offering with a view to the admission of its shares to trading on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris (ISIN: FR0014009YQ1 - ticker: LHYFE). On May 6, 2022, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) approved the Company’s Prospectus under number 22-133, comprising the registration document approved on April 21, 2022 under number I.22-009 (the “Registration Document”), a supplement to the Registration Document approved on May 6, 2022 under number I.22- 22-020 and a securities note (Note d’opération) including a Prospectus summary (included in the securities note) (the “Prospectus”). Lhyfe raises 10 million euros from Japanese conglomerate Mitsui & Co.
Nantes (France) and Tokyo (Japan), 12 April 2022. Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable green hydrogen production, and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”), a leading Japanese trading and investment conglomerate, have entered into a memorandum of understanding for a strategic alliance. This partnership, which comes with a € 10 million investment from Mitsui in Lhyfe, seeks to collaborate for further growth of Lhyfe’s renewable green hydrogen business including international expansion. Mitsui is the first international player to invest in Lhyfe.

Lhyfe and wpd for production of green hydrogen in connection with offshore wind farm in Sweden
Nantes (France), 8 April 2022 – The renewable green hydrogen supplier Lhyfe and the wind power developer wpd Offshore AB have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly establish and directly connect a facility for green hydrogen production to wpd's planned offshore wind farm Storgrundet in Söderhamn municipality, Sweden. The goal is to achieve a total installed capacity of 600MW, which makes the project one of the most ambitious green hydrogen projects announced in Sweden and Europe. The proposed facility is planned to be built in phases starting in 2025 and is expected to be in full operation in connection with the commissioning of the Storgrundet wind farm.

Lhyfe raises €17 million primarily from Andera Partners
NANTES (FRANCE), 3 FEBRUARY 2022 – Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable hydrogen production, is pleased to announce that it has raised funds for a third time, for a sum of €17 million. Most of the funds came from Andera Partners via its new green infrastructure investment fund Andera Infra. Ovive (part of Les Saules group) and the risk capital company SFLD (Société Financière Lorient Développement) also backed Lhyfe in this fundraising.

Lhyfe and ENERPARC join forces to produce renewable hydrogen from solar energy
Nantes / Hamburg, 13 January 2022 - Lhyfe, a global pioneer and pure player in the production of green renewable hydrogen, has signed its first project powered by solar photovoltaics. This is the company’s first official project using energy other than wind power. In Germany, in Brandenburg, Lhyfe will couple its hydrogen production system to the 20 MW photovoltaic installation of ENERPARC, one of Germany’s largest photovoltaic developers.

Lhyfe to supply German state rail operator Deutsche Bahn for its H2goesRail project
Lhyfe has signed with the German national railway operator, Deutsche Bahn, a contract to build and operate an electrolyser in Tübingen, from 2024, for the production of hydrogen to fuel a hydrogen train. It will be powered exclusively by electricity from renewable sources (wind, solar and hydropower).

Lhyfe and DORIS sign a MOU to launch the 1st floating wind turbine with H2 production system
Lhyfe and DORIS, an integrated engineering and project management group and a leader in offshore technology, have decided to become official partners to step up their work on offshore hydrogen production. Together they plan to launch the first floating wind turbine for integration with a hydrogen production system and identify larger-scale opportunities for their solutions.

Lhyfe inaugurates the world’s first industrial site for renewable green hydrogen production using wind turbines and raises €50 million from SWEN Capital Partners, Banque des Territoires and its original partners
This Thursday, Lhyfe inaugurated its first production site in Bouin (Vendée). It is the first in the world to produce renewable green hydrogen using wind power on an industrial scale, and this the first of many such sites to come, since Lhyfe has already confirmed some sixty or so projects throughout Europe.
