Lhyfe and ENERPARC join forces to produce renewable hydrogen from solar energy
Nantes / Hamburg, 13 January 2022 - Lhyfe, a global pioneer and pure player in the production of green renewable hydrogen, has signed its first project powered by solar photovoltaics. This is the company’s first official project using energy other than wind power. In Germany, in Brandenburg, Lhyfe will couple its hydrogen production system to the 20 MW photovoltaic installation of ENERPARC, one of Germany’s largest photovoltaic developers.

Lhyfe to supply German state rail operator Deutsche Bahn for its H2goesRail project
Nantes (France) and Tübingen (Germany), 8 december 2021 - Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable green hydrogen production, has signed with the German national railway operator, Deutsche Bahn, to build and operate an electrolyser in Tübingen, from 2024, for the production of hydrogen to fuel a hydrogen train as part of the H2goesRail project. For this project, Lhyfe has selected the Green Hydrogen Systems electrolyser, with an annual production capacity of around 30 tonnes. It will be powered exclusively by electricity from renewable sources (wind, solar and hydropower).

Lhyfe and DORIS sign a MOU to launch the 1st floating wind turbine with H2 production system
Paris / Nantes (France), 29 November 2021 - Following a 12-month-long joint R&D programme focused on developing economically viable offshore green hydrogen production solutions, Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable green hydrogen production, and DORIS, an integrated engineering and project management group and a leader in offshore technology, have decided to become official partners to step up their work on offshore hydrogen production. Together they plan to launch the first floating wind turbine for integration with a hydrogen production system and identify larger-scale opportunities for their solutions.

Lhyfe inaugurates the world’s first industrial site for renewable green hydrogen production using wind turbines and raises €50 million from SWEN Capital Partners, Banque des Territoires and its original partners
This Thursday, Lhyfe inaugurated its first production site in Bouin (Vendée). It is the first in the world to produce renewable green hydrogen using wind power on an industrial scale, and this the first of many such sites to come, since Lhyfe has already confirmed some sixty or so projects throughout Europe.

Offshore green hydrogen production: the partnership between Lhyfe and Centrale Nantes on track for a world first.
The conditions are ripe for this very ambitious challenge to succeed. The world's first offshore hydrogen production facility, developed by Lhyfe and powered by electricity from a floating wind turbine, will be operational in 2022, off the coast of Le Croisic, at SEM-REV, Centrale Nantes' offshore test site.
