Lhyfe becomes the major shareholder in Finnish project developer Flexens to accelerate renewable and green hydrogen together
Lhyfe, one of the world’s pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen that can decarbonise industry and mobility, has announced that it has acquired a 49% stake in the Finnish company Flexens, a developer of renewable and green hydrogen and Power-to-X projects.

UK First: Lhyfe and Centrica to develop offshore renewable green hydrogen
Lhyfe and Centrica have agreed to jointly develop offshore renewable green hydrogen in the UK in a first for the country. The companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that could accelerate green hydrogen as part of the energy transition in the UK.

Lhyfe and Schaeffler enter cooperation agreement to build industrial green hydrogen plant in Germany
Green hydrogen producer Lhyfe and Schaeffler, a leading global supplier to the automotive and industrial sectors, have signed an agreement to boost green hydrogen production in Bavaria (Germany). The plan is to build and operate an electrolysis plant on Schaeffler's factory premises in Herzogenaurach, Franconia with a capacity of up to 15 megawatts. Other regional players will also be supplied with green hydrogen from the plant at Schaeffler.

The Botnia Hydrogen AB consortium – of which Lhyfe is a member – aims to develop hydrogen production and refuelling stations in Piteå and Arvidsjaur in Northern Sweden
Nantes (France), 1st December 2022 – With financial support from the Swedish Environmental ministry (Klimatklivet), Botnia Hydrogen AB will build two hydrogen filling stations in the Northern Swedish municipalities of Piteå and Arvidsjaur. The stations will include facilities for hydrogen production on the 1-2 MW scale and storage for the gas and are intended mainly for heavy duty trucks and buses. Production is targeted to start in the second half of 2023.

Härjedalen Municipality and Lhyfe investigate starting production of green and renewable hydrogen in the Swedish municipality
Nantes (France) and Härjedalen (Sweden), 4 November 2022 – Starting in November 2022, the company Lhyfe (EURONEXT: LHYFE), a world pioneer in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for transportation and industrial applications, and the municipality of Härjedalen will be exploring the conditions for production of green and renewable hydrogen gas in Härjedalen. This so-called feasibility analysis will be presented early next year. The results will determine whether a more detailed project feasibility study goes ahead.
