Horisont Energi signs a MoU with Lhyfe to use renewable green hydrogen produced by Lhyfe to provide its ammonia plants in Europe

Lhyfe receives approval from Schwäbisch Gmünd municipal council (Germany) to develop local hydrogen ecosystem
Nantes (France) / City of Schwäbisch Gmünd (Germany), 1st June 2022 – Lhyfe, a world pioneer and independant pure player in renewable green hydrogen (Euronext: LHYFE), has received approval from the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd (Baden-Württemberg) to start construction of its plant on an industrial site of about 10,000 m2. A production site for renewable green hydrogen by water electrolysis with a capacity of up to 4 tonnes/day (10 MW) is to be built along with a publicly accessible hydrogen filling station and a pipeline to supply the future "H2-Aspen" technology park with renewable hydrogen. The plant is expected to be operational in early 2024.

Lhyfe and Trelleborgs Energi join forces for renewable green hydrogen production in Sweden
Nantes (France) / Trelleborg (Sweden), 25 May 2022 - Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable green hydrogen Lhyfe (Euronext: LHYFE) and the Swedish local energy company Trelleborgs Energi have joined forces in a pre-study that aims to build a local renewable hydrogen production system in southernmost Sweden. As committed change makers, both companies are set to act now for the climate, focusing on green hydrogen as a solution. The results are due to be presented in the summer 2022.

EDPR enters into agreement with Lhyfe to foster renewable hydrogen
Upon the successful completion of the capital increase carried out by Lhyfe in the initial public offering and listing on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris, EDPR entered into an agreement with the French company to jointly identify, develop, build, and manage renewable hydrogen production projects.

On May 6, 2022, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) approved the Company’s Prospectus under number 22-133, comprising the registration document approved on April 21, 2022 under number I.22-009 (the “Registration Document”), a supplement to the Registration Document approved on May 6, 2022 under number I.22- 22-020 and a securities note (Note d’opération) including a Prospectus summary (included in the securities note) (the “Prospectus”). Lhyfe raises 10 million euros from Japanese conglomerate Mitsui & Co.
Nantes (France) and Tokyo (Japan), 12 April 2022. Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable green hydrogen production, and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”), a leading Japanese trading and investment conglomerate, have entered into a memorandum of understanding for a strategic alliance. This partnership, which comes with a € 10 million investment from Mitsui in Lhyfe, seeks to collaborate for further growth of Lhyfe’s renewable green hydrogen business including international expansion. Mitsui is the first international player to invest in Lhyfe.

Lhyfe and wpd for production of green hydrogen in connection with offshore wind farm in Sweden
Nantes (France), 8 April 2022 – The renewable green hydrogen supplier Lhyfe and the wind power developer wpd Offshore AB have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly establish and directly connect a facility for green hydrogen production to wpd's planned offshore wind farm Storgrundet in Söderhamn municipality, Sweden. The goal is to achieve a total installed capacity of 600MW, which makes the project one of the most ambitious green hydrogen projects announced in Sweden and Europe. The proposed facility is planned to be built in phases starting in 2025 and is expected to be in full operation in connection with the commissioning of the Storgrundet wind farm.

Lhyfe raises €17 million primarily from Andera Partners
NANTES (FRANCE), 3 FEBRUARY 2022 – Lhyfe, a world pioneer and pure player in renewable hydrogen production, is pleased to announce that it has raised funds for a third time, for a sum of €17 million. Most of the funds came from Andera Partners via its new green infrastructure investment fund Andera Infra. Ovive (part of Les Saules group) and the risk capital company SFLD (Société Financière Lorient Développement) also backed Lhyfe in this fundraising.
